Strawberries are probably hands down my favorite fruit to eat. They are super easy to grow, literally in a small pot anyone can grow a Strawberry vine pretty much at any time of the year. I've found that Strawberry vines are not fussy or needy plants. They just need to be placed in a semi shady area with some sunlight, either outside on your balcony or inside. They are also frigging delicious to eat and super healthy for providing a healthy heart and balancing anti inflammatory issues. But it turns out that new research has discovered that Strawberries are the latest super fruit for Green beauty products because they are so high in Vitamin C and antioxidants. But I'm not really surprised by this, since Strawberry leaf tea and Strawberry juice have long been used in ancient cultures for helping to maintain good kidney health, to motivate the metabolism and as a general health tonic. And Strawberry leaf tea is well known to help in delaying women's reproductive cycles. Strawberries are bursting with nutrient rich anti-oxidants and whole lot of vitamin C.
